Unfortunately we have to inform you that we have ran into an unforeseen issue after last night’s release. To avoid the risk of data loss we have taken the highest precaution; we have taken the application offline while resolving the issue. This means that app.cloudbilling.nl is currently unreachable.

 

We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes and are working hard to restore the service. We are currently expecting to resolve the issue and be back online by the end of business today.

The recovery process is fully in progress, the first step has been completed. Checks have proven that this step has been concluded successfully. To fully restore service, two additional steps are required. These are currently being worked on.

Sequential steps are proceeding as planned. The final step has started. Based on the progress of the last 90 minutes we anticipate overall completion between 20:00 and 22:00 CEST this evening.

All steps have been completed, full service has been restored.

At CloudBilling we these kind of events very serious. In the days after the unfortunate event we have done an extended evaluation on what has happened, which choices we have made and what we have learned from it. Attached you will find a post-mortem report that takes you along the steps we have made on July 17 and 18.
