Payconiq is a belgian payment provider.
Payconiq are one of the most important customers of CloudBilling, they are one of the “High Priority” and trusted partners.
Payconiq does not use connectors and all of their pricing rules are hand-made. This makes their products and customer combinations limited, hence usually tickets are easily solvable.
Reminder: They have had recent change in managing CloudBilling tickets: Monika Urbanaite has to approve the ticket from other parties in the company (such as Raoul).
Scoping
On the Payconiq environment, the 'scoping' feature is turned on. Scoping is used to restrict a user's access to only a specific cluster and those underneath it. For payconiq, scoping is used to give BNP users access to the PQBE cluster only.
When we activated scoping, we encountered an error which was caused by users belonging to both a user group with limited scoping, as well as one with reporting permissions (such as the administrator group, which has all permissions). Reporting permissions and limited scoping do not go together.
-From January 1st 2023, the tax rate has changed from 17% to 16% in Luxembourgh. For PQI and PQLU customer clusters.
-Payconiq operates in 3 different countries which is defined in customer clusters
