Reason
Unmapped purchases have been implemented to view all purchases that have been streamed to CloudBilling without a customer, product or invoice being linked to it. This is important as the invoices sometimes will not tally with your financial information.
What has been changed?
The unmapped purchases menu has been added to CloudBilling and can be viewed in the purchases header for easy access.
How does this functionality work?
Unmapped purchases can be used to check which purchases are streamed into Cloudbilling without being linked to a customer, product or invoice. This page shows the product label and connector type when it was first seen and the total amount of invoices unmapped. It is important to keep this page always clean as this will ensure accurate invoices. We recommend if the purchase is internal to link it to your relevant internal customer.
How can you start using this functionality?
This functionality is updated for all environments and is ready to use now.
