We would like to inform you about a temporary suspension of the reopening closed invoices feature across all environments. Our team is actively addressing an issue whereby purchases became disassociated from their corresponding invoices after a closed invoice was reopened.
This occurred because the reopening action was handled before all purchases were set to the "Completed" status, causing the invoice to become "Open" while the associated purchases were still being processed to become "Completed."
As Completed purchases are not allowed to be on Open invoices, these purchases were disassociated from the invoice. We have identified this situation as a bug and created a work item to rectify this behavior.
In the meantime, we ask you for your patience while we work on resolving this issue.
