CloudBilling has developed an entire new billing engine to increase the performance of invoice calculations. A secondary objective was to future-proof the CloudBilling platform and pave the way for new functionalities based on the CloudBilling engine.
What has been changed?
A new billing engine has been developed. This billing engine replaces the previous billing engine and will deliver an increase in performance. On average, we experience a 4x performance increase on calculation.
How does this functionality work?
Implementing the new billing engine does not result in a change of use of the CloudBilling platform. The user experience may improve due to the increased performance of calculations.
How can you start using this functionality?
The new billing engine will be rolled out from 04-2022 until 06-2022. Our Operations team will inform you about the migration of your environment.
