New Invoices Screen

Reason

We introduce a new Invoices screen in CloudBilling. This new screen brings multiple user interface advantages and should help you in performing the billing run and related activities. With the introduction of this new screen we deactived the previous Invoices screen and the Invoice Management screen.

What has been changed? 

 The new Invoices screen is activated in your CloudBilling environment. This new screen brings multiple advantages of which the following are the most significant: 

Invoices

• Multi-select check boxes in the Invoices screen. This offers a user friendly way to select multiple invoices.
• Quick filters on the top of the Invoices screen. These filters help you to select the invoices that you need to see.
• Regular filter options on the right side of the screen (filter opens by clicking on the icon).
• Available actions for the selection of invoices are shown on the bottom left corner of the screen.
• Clicking on a single row opens the selected invoice.

Invoice details

• Summary region on the top right corner of the screen. This region shows the most important properties for the current invoice. This is also where you can click through to the purchases connected to this invoice.
• Activity region on the lower right corner of the screen, including a message box. This region shows the most recent activities for this invoice, including the notes on this invoice from myself or my colleagues.
• Approve and Reject buttons on the top right corner of the screen.

How does this functionality work?

The billing process is not changed with the introduction of this new screen. As the user interface is updated, it will bring multiple improvements.

How can you start using this functionality?

The new invoices screen is available in your CloudBilling environment from the 17th of July 2023. From that moment you can use the new Invoices screen for your billing activities.
