We have changed the structure of the Customer page to make it easier to read through the various customers and their parent categories. This new update has also improved the performance of the interface.

What has been changed?

The old Customer cluster has been removed and a more functional dropdown menu is implemented.

How does this functionality work?

Customers can now be created in a dropdown menu similar to the functionality of our product cluster. This enables you to create multiple countries for your customer cluster and also add individual customers to a specific country. Under each customer, you can add the customer code and name. 

Additionally, you can now add a child cluster to an individual customer (This is especially useful if you want to bill individual projects for a customer). 

How can you start using this functionality?

The new customer screen is added for some of our customers and can be used immediately. If your environment does not have it yet please contact or talk to your CloudBilling Administrator.
