What’s New?

We have improved the message run process to make it easier and faster for you to send invoices to your customers. You no longer need to start message runs from message definitions or wait for transformation results to be generated. Instead, you can simply select the invoices you want to send from the invoice list and choose the appropriate message definition. The transformation results and the background processes will be handled automatically by the system.


How does it work?

To start a message run, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the invoice list and select the invoices you want to send.
  2. Click on the E-mail button.
  3. Choose the message definition in the popup dialog.
  4. Confirm your selection and click on Send.

CloudBilling will generate the transformation results for each invoice and send them to the corresponding customers. You can monitor the progress and status of the message run from the message run list.

This new feature will save you time and effort by eliminating manual steps and reducing waiting time. You can now send invoices to your customers more quickly and efficiently, without compromising the quality and accuracy of your data.
