Connector Status

Modified on Thu, 25 Aug 2022 at 04:10 PM

Reason

We have added in new icons to the connector status indicators and also explained errors in more detail to make it easier for you to understand the connector status.

What has been changed?

We have updated CloudBilling to now show new icons for our connector status indicators and errors are now explained more in detail.

How does this functionality work?

Connector status shows three icons which indicate the status by showing a red caution if it a major issue, yellow caution if its a minor issue and a green tick if the connector worked perfectly. The errors can be viewed in the connectors heading and then clicking activity under the connector.

1) If the error is a red caution check the details of the error, then check if the error has occurred multiple times and wait for the next connector run to check if the issue is resolved in the next run. If the issue is not solved please contact support@cloudbilling.nl.

2) If the error is a yellow caution it may not be a cause for concern. Please check the error and verify whether the issue needs to be investigated. If the issue affects your invoices please contact support@cloudbilling.nl.

3) If the status is a green tick then the connector had run completely without any errors.

How can you start using this functionality?

This functionality is updated for all environments and is ready to use now.
