The CloudBilling Business Intelligence solution provides valuable insights from reliable and always up-to-date data. This data insights empower informed decision making for investments and delivery of products in existing and new markets, for new and existing customers. The Customer Portals enable you to change the conversation with your customers from money to value. The Customer Portal provides valuable insights into the usage and costs of your customers.
What has been changed?
Two new functionalities have been developed in the course of 2021. The business intelligence insights are integrated within the CloudBilling platform. The Customer Portals can be made available for your end customers. The insghts section and the customer portal contain several reports, which are based on the experiences of our customers.
How does this functionality work?
When the business intelligence insights and the customer portals are implemented and activated, the contents provide insights on the usage and costs of your customers. These insights for your organization and your customers can help you reach your long-term goals. CloudBilling has developed several reports that provide valuable insights into cloud usage.
