AWS purchases do not have an ExchangeRateUsxed metadata field like Microsoft purchases do. Therefore, the exchange rate for AWS is set up as a Custom Table, which is then used in an expression in an adjust percentage price rule. Each month, the exchange rate needs to be added in order for CloudBilling to use the correct exchange rate. The following instruction explains how to add a new month's exchange rate. The rate can be found on the first page of an AWS invoice for that month. This instruction should eventually be added as a Q&A item as well.
Under the gear wheel, click on Custom Tables (see image 1). Next, click on the left-most button on the right side, in the row named USDtoEUR (image 2). Once there, click the "Add" button at the top right of your screen. Next, enter the month (MM-YYY format) and the exchange rate. Make sure you use the right decimal sign, depending on your environment setup. You can look at the other exchange rates in the table to be sure.
