General: MSP customer

They got a new training last year, however the person responsible for CB did not use it properly, therefore he has been replaced twice. The new colleague has not been trained yet. They have a lot of internal problems because they do not approve invoices timely and do not understand how AWS works. 

One of the key problems they have is: uploading custom tables on time for the exca. When custom table are not uploaded on time (for exchange rate EURO to USD) the expression under pricing rules multiplies the result by 1000* because for the sake of invoice appearing (e.g. if subtotal is 1, the invoice will show 1000 which is obviously incorrect).
