Sword tech is a managed services provider from Switzerland. They've been a customer since late 2021. Our main contact is Estelle Moioli. Their biggest customer is Selecta. Selecta was the initial the reason they started using cloudbilling. They stopped using cloudbilling for Selecta, so they might be leaving CB. They are billing limited amount of customers, they are not fond of using CB.

NCE Licences

In March 2022, Ogyen set up price rules for NCE Licences that override the maintenance price rules (the history can be found in ticket 3823). The reason was promo's on NCE products. When these NCE products renewed in february 2023, the conditional expression on these price rules was no longer valid. However, the overrides still worked. As such, no price rules were applied to these products. This may not have been as much of an issue as it would have been early 2022, when NCE purchases had overrides. However, now that they don't anymore, these products simply ended up on the invoice for  €0,00. Marc invalided these price rules by setting their end date as 28-02 23:59.

Black Crows

Black Crows is a customer located in FR that needs to be billed in CHF.
