It is a government company, which has a control of financial market. They do audits, check regulations, if everything is legal etc. They invoice through CloudBilling, annual billing, customer clusters are put using codes, data comes from excel and API.
The item 'Heffingsjaar" that is in the top left table of their invoice, is an item that retrieves it's value from purchase metadata with type 'number' and key 'heffingsjaar'. If it's not present in the metadata the current date will be used to determine the Heffingsjaar.
