Conclusion Enablement uses CB invoices as attachment to their other invoices, their environment is not optimized (e.g. quarter million unmapped purchases), they sell CSP, AWS, and their own products. There is a lot of upsell availability but unsure how positive they are as they do not efficiently use CloudBilling,
