Their biggest customer is Purates. For this customer, they need tagging BI, CRM, ECC which is done in the template. Since they didn’t tag NCE when they originally implemented it, they add products manually. Custom tag of Puratos is hardcoded inside the template. This ensures that the new products are allocated properly. In general, they have complex variables in template however, mostly they manage it themselves.
