They have 1 advanced user - Marc Gobes. He manages Pink Elephant all by himself, they have CSP, and he ensures connector settings are running through. He keeps track of unmapped purchases as well as other important details on CB webapp. If he has a question, it is probably technical and API related. He is hesitant to use CB support as he thinks it is overpriced. Pink Elephant has expressed in the past to leave CloudBilling. However, they just signed a new contract hence they will continue to operate under CB for the upcoming future.
