General: MSP
Sentia are one of the most important customers of CloudBilling, they are one of the “High Priority” and trusted partners.
However they were taken over Accenture recently. This might cause some challenges for the future as different company culture and billing practices may apply.
Moreover, Carleen has left Sentia (Accenture), therefore there will be a replacing candidate of her. Hence this will require more assistance/priority for the next few tickets before the replacing person gets familiar with CloudBilling environment.
Sentia is divided into 2 markets: EU and BE (Belgium).
Connector: CSP, AWS
Person of contact: Used to be Carleen Bakker, main contacts are Joachim and/or Jannick from April 1st 2023
Previous (carleen.bakker@sentia.com), however she left and yet we do not know who will take her role.
Tally:
Sentia BE: does not use Tally
