General Information:



Wortell are one of the oldest and trusted customers. Moreover, they are one of our highly valued customers due to use of our all services, namely: billing, insights, customer portals and managed billing. 


Their biggest customer is Mileaway, they used to have a lot of manual pricing rules at the end of 2022, due to which there were a lot of problems. Now, a lot of their NCE problems have disappeared.


Alphatron marine they used to bill them yearly, they are doing monthly now. They are using adjust fixed now, get full number, so there is nothing left. Purchase on milliseconds. Billing yearly and then daily purchase is difficult.



Their biggest customer is Mileaway, they used to have a lot of manual pricing rules at the end of 2022. Now they have a lot NCE problems disappeared, since the problems have been sorted out by setting up proper connector setings.

 

Their another big customer is "Alphatron Marine" they used to bill them yearly, which caused issues due to purchase time being counted on milliseconds. e.g.

Now they switched to billing monthly now, for which they are using adjust fixed pricing rule. They do it by getting the full number of quantity so it does not appear as on the table above.
