We're retiring Contract Management

We're retiring the Contract Management page and its functionality. We're aiming to do this in mid-December 2026, when the new CloudBilling UI becomes available to all customers.

Why we're making this change

Contract Management has mostly worked as a quick way to create purchases. Few customers use it, and it doesn't offer the flexibility that real contract-based billing needs. We've decided to stop investing in the page and put our effort into building something better.

What this means for you

We've stopped making changes to the page. The new UI will first be opt-in, so you'll keep the page in the current UI until you switch. The new UI won't include it. We'll confirm the exact date as soon as we can.

Where we're heading

CloudBilling is strong at usage-based billing. We collect usage from many sources automatically, create purchases, and help you maintain products and pricing. Next, we want to bring the same quality to contract-based billing, with more configuration and pricing flexibility. A page like this may return in a new form.

Contact our support team by sending in a ticket through our support portal, or by mailing support@cloudbilling.nl, and tell us how you use it. We'll look at your use case together and find a better way to run your process.
